Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan reduce the customs duty on imported WFC, LWC and MWC paper

The Customs Union Commission of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan reduces the customs duty on imported WFC (reels and sheets), LWC and MWC in a bid to help out the publishing industries of the States.

On April 22, 2010, members of The Customs Union have signed a decision to reduce tariffs from 15 to 5% on a 9 months term - effective in 30 days.
